As a Finance Operations Associate at Frontify, you will play a crucial role in managing the full customer lifecycle, which includes invoicing and renewals. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Success, Partnerships, and Business Operations to ensure that workflows are aligned and effective. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve supporting financial processes and maintaining data integrity. You will also contribute to projects aimed at improving the efficiency of our quote-to-cash ecosystem, helping to streamline operations and enhance customer satisfaction. Your role will require you to be organized and detail-oriented, as you will be handling important financial data and processes that impact the company’s success. You will have the opportunity to learn from experienced colleagues and grow within a supportive team environment.
