Supervisor, Materials Management - 2nd Shift

You are skilled in assessing employee performance and providing constructive feedback to foster a motivated workforce. You are familiar with industry standards such as AS9100 and understand the significance of quality in materials management. What you'll do

In this role, you will manage the day-to-day activities of the Materials Management team, ensuring that all operations run smoothly and efficiently. You will lead a team of hourly employees, providing guidance and support to help them meet performance expectations. You will monitor operations to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and safety. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with business practices and quality standards, addressing any issues that arise promptly. You will also play a key role in conflict resolution and employee development, fostering a positive work environment.
