Come join us! - Lead the development of new OLED, display optics, and color filter fabrication technologies to meet the performance requirements of a wide range of display products - Drive display and component supply manufacturers aggressively on technical innovation to achieve desired OLED optical and process performance - Leverage existing commercial and in-house simulation tools and predict process and optical performance - Conduct technical risk assessment, root cause/failure analysis, and design of experiments to understand fundamental OLED process and optical physics; drive associated solutions and corrective actions - Closely collaborate with cross-functional display teams and manage vendor activities - Quickly solve problems during technology development and product implementation stages; transition from proof of concept to high-volume mass production
