Overview

Amazon is hiring a Senior Operations Associate for their Seller Inventory Management Services team in Bengaluru. You are a bright and enthusiastic individual with a strong analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities. Your experience allows you to work closely with sellers, Amazon Ops, and Planning and Ops Managers to resolve day-to-day operational challenges effectively. You possess strong self-motivation and multi-tasking skills, enabling you to manage various responsibilities simultaneously.

You have a keen understanding of operational performance metrics and their strategic importance in managing trade-offs and improving customer experiences. Your ability to articulate these metrics helps you make informed decisions with both internal and external stakeholders. You are proactive in identifying potential issues before they arise, ensuring smooth operations and enhancing seller success at Amazon.

Desirable

Experience in marketplace operations or a similar environment would be beneficial. Familiarity with supply chain strategies aimed at reducing costs and lead times is a plus. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to changing priorities while maintaining a focus on delivering results.

What you'll do

In this role, you will ensure that seller and vendor operational performance aligns with targets. You will identify and articulate the strategic importance of various metrics, using them as a basis for managing trade-offs and improving the customer experience.
