Signal AI is seeking a Senior Insights Analyst to transform data into strategic insights for corporate communications and risk management. You'll work closely with C-suite clients to enhance corporate reputation using AI technology. This role requires strong analytical skills and experience in research or strategy.
You have solid experience in a research, analytics, and/or strategy function, ideally within an agency or consultancy environment. You love transforming data into strategic insights and presenting your findings with clarity and engagement. You are proactive, engaged, and ready to tackle any challenge that comes your way. Your ability to write insightful reports for corporate communications and risk management is a key strength, and you understand the importance of contextualizing data to explain the factors driving corporate reputation.

Your experience working with senior executives, particularly in Fortune 500 companies, has equipped you with the skills to communicate complex insights effectively. While not mandatory, experience in AI-powered platforms or corporate reputation management would be a plus. Familiarity with data visualization tools and methodologies for presenting insights can enhance your effectiveness in this role. A background in corporate communications or risk management will also be beneficial as you work closely with C-suite clients.
In this pivotal role, you will help our CEO and C-suite clients measure and improve their companies’ reputations and monitor risks. You will access our proprietary scoring engine and our first-of-its-kind Reputation and Risk platforms to uncover the “signals in the noise.” Your primary responsibility will be to create strategic insights reports for senior executives and present your findings in a compelling manner. You will analyze various factors that influence corporate reputation and contextualize the data to provide actionable insights.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that the insights you provide align with the overall business strategy. Your role will involve engaging with clients to understand their specific needs and tailoring your reports to address their unique challenges. You will also participate in discussions about the implications of your findings and how they can inform decision-making at the highest levels of the organization.
