Appier is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join their Enterprise Solution team. You'll act as a strategic bridge between product applications and client data, utilizing skills in BigQuery and Machine Learning. This role requires strong communication skills and experience in the Digital Marketing industry.
You have a strong background in data analysis, ideally with 3+ years of experience in a similar role. Your expertise includes working with tools like Google BigQuery and MongoDB, enabling you to manage and analyze large datasets effectively. You possess foundational knowledge or hands-on experience in Machine Learning, which allows you to contribute to innovative solutions that leverage AI for business decision-making. Your communication skills are exceptional, enabling you to navigate complex client relationships and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. You thrive in environments that require you to advocate for customer requirements and translate them into actionable insights for product development.
Experience in the Digital Marketing (MarTech) industry is preferred, as it will help you understand the nuances of client needs in this sector. Familiarity with AI-driven workflows and agent development will be beneficial in this role, allowing you to contribute to the continuous improvement of our products. Prior experience working in an English-speaking professional environment with cross-border teams will enhance your ability to communicate and collaborate effectively.
In this role, you will serve as the strategic bridge between our product applications, client data, and evolving business requirements. Your primary objective is to architect business solutions and successfully implement them using existing products. You will gather and communicate new requirements and feedback from customers to the Product team to support continuous feature improvement and product-market fit. You will work closely with the Product, Customer Success, and Sales teams to ensure that client feedback is translated into actionable requirements that drive innovation. Your understanding of our products will be critical as you navigate technical development and service operations to align with sales strategies. You will also be responsible for analyzing data trends and providing insights that inform business decisions and product enhancements.
