What you'll do

As the Head of Product at Posh, you will be responsible for setting the product vision and strategy that aligns with our mission of fostering human connection. You will lead the product organization, overseeing the roadmap across our core product pods: Consumer, Organizer, AI, and Growth. Your role will involve collaborating closely with R&D, GTM, and Marketing teams to ensure that every product launch is executed with high craft and impact. You will define what success looks like for product execution and guide your teams in navigating challenges and uncertainties. You will be instrumental in shaping the product philosophy and ensuring that all teams are aligned in their approach to building products that resonate with our users. You will also be responsible for mentoring and developing your product team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
