Help our Partner Operations team work smarter and faster by turning manual, repetitive workflows into reliable automations. You’ll own the design of lightweight workflows (n8n + Python), build guardrails around configuration files and create the data alerts we need to spot issues early and recover quickly. • Design, implement, and maintain workflow automations in n8n (or similar) and Python to reduce manual efforts across team
• Set up monitoring, logging, and alerting for automations; write clear runbooks and drive quick incident response
• Create operational dashboards (e.g., in Looker) that surface data quality, health, and SLA performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine processes and integrate your automations with existing systems
• You’re a SQL rock star, so fluent in advanced queries that you speak them like your mother tongue.
• Hands-on Python experience (you’ve dabbled before, ready to scale up further).
• Passion for automated workflows—always on the lookout for opportunities to optimize.
• A keen eye for detail, catching issues or inconsistencies early on.
• Self-driven approach: you love taking ownership of your projects.
• Ability to adapt, learn quickly, and give/receive feedback with grace.
• Familiarity with data visualisation platforms (Looker, Tableau, PowerBI)
• Experience working with a cloud data warehouse (e.g., BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift)
• A technical degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Remote-first setup, with regular offsite adventures and meetups.
