In this role, you will lead and drive a wide range of business-critical programs across Waymo’s core functions. You will prioritize, manage, and drive timelines, risks, and dependencies while resolving any misalignments with overall scope and schedule. Your proactive approach will help identify and mitigate risks before they become issues. You will collaborate closely with various teams, ensuring that everyone is aligned and working towards common goals. Your role will involve structuring and owning work towards real-world deployments of the Waymo Driver across different platforms and geographies. You will also be responsible for providing clarity and direction in the face of complex technical and operational challenges. Your ability to drive conversations and discussions will be crucial in achieving successful outcomes.
Waymo offers a competitive salary range of $152,000—$192,000 USD, along with eligibility for a discretionary annual bonus program and equity incentive plan. You will also benefit from a generous company benefits program, subject to eligibility requirements.
