What you'll do

As a Production Lead at HelloFresh, you will coordinate activities on the production line, providing coaching and guidance to workers to ensure they perform their tasks effectively. You will maintain a clean and orderly work area, following prescribed safety regulations and reporting any defective materials or questionable conditions to the Quality Assurance team or your supervisor. You will also be responsible for training new employees on standard operating procedures, ensuring they understand how to contribute to the production process efficiently. You will keep track of line counts and update production numbers in the computer system, utilizing your computer skills for data entry. Your role will involve preparing ingredients using tools such as food scales and measuring cups as needed, ensuring that all food safety and quality standards are met.
