Amazon is seeking a Principal ProServe Account Executive to engage and win new customers for AWS Professional Services. You'll leverage your experience in business development and CRM systems to drive customer success and business growth. This role requires a strong background in the technology and consulting sectors.
You have a proven track record in sales, particularly within the technology and consulting sectors, with a focus on new customer acquisition. Your ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value is a key strength, allowing you to build trust and rapport with clients. You possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, which enable you to navigate challenges effectively and deliver results. Your experience with CRM systems is extensive, and you are adept at executing sales methodologies that drive success. You understand the importance of customer satisfaction and are committed to ensuring that business outcomes are met. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals.
Experience with AWS Professional Services offerings is a plus, as is familiarity with hybrid cloud operations and distributed architecture. A background in IT strategy will further enhance your ability to engage with clients and understand their needs. You are comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously and have a knack for prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines. Your communication skills are exceptional, allowing you to articulate proposals clearly and effectively to stakeholders.
In this role, you will be responsible for engaging and winning new customers for AWS Professional Services. You will work closely with ProServe Cloud Architects, Engagement Managers, and Delivery Consultants to drive customer success and business growth. Your primary focus will be on understanding and defining business outcomes for customers, building trust, and identifying applicable AWS offerings. You will create proposals and secure customer signoff on Statements of Work (SOWs). After project launch, you will maintain a connection with customers to ensure that the agreed business outcomes are delivered as outlined in the SOW. Your performance will be measured against key metrics, including Revenue, Billable Bookings, and customer satisfaction (CSAT). You will leverage your experience in selling services to navigate the complexities of customer needs and deliver tailored solutions that drive value.
