What you'll do

You will work closely with product and data science teams to define the technical roadmap and prioritize features that align with business goals. You will also be responsible for mentoring and developing your team members, helping them grow in their careers while fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.

You will engage in hands-on technical work, contributing to the architecture and design of the platform while ensuring best practices in software development are followed. Your role will involve regular communication with stakeholders to align on project goals and timelines, and you will be instrumental in driving the technical vision of the organization.
