Databricks is hiring a Senior Partner Solutions Architect to work with consulting and system integrator partners. You'll leverage your expertise in Apache Spark, MLflow, and Delta Lake to enable partners and drive data-driven outcomes for customers.
You have over 5 years of experience in pre-sales or post-sales roles, working closely with external clients or partners. Your background includes a strong understanding of big data analytics and cloud ecosystems, allowing you to effectively communicate technical concepts to diverse audiences. You are skilled in developing technical champions within partner organizations, providing them with the necessary enablement to assist their clients in adopting Databricks solutions. Your expertise in open-source projects such as Apache Spark™, MLflow, and Delta Lake positions you as a trusted advisor to partners, helping them navigate the complexities of data integration and architecture.
You thrive in collaborative environments, engaging with technical communities through workshops, seminars, and meet-ups. Your ability to produce creative technical solutions and share insights through blog posts demonstrates your commitment to knowledge sharing and thought leadership in the field. You are passionate about helping data teams achieve tangible outcomes and are driven by the impact of your work on customer success.
Experience with major public cloud infrastructure and services is a plus, as is familiarity with data-driven project management methodologies. You are comfortable leading discussions and workshops that empower partners to leverage Databricks effectively, and you have a knack for simplifying complex technical concepts for varied audiences.
As a Senior Partner Solutions Architect at Databricks, you will play a pivotal role in enabling our consulting and system integrator partners. You will work closely with these partners to develop their technical capabilities, ensuring they are well-equipped to assist their clients in evaluating and adopting the Databricks Data Intelligence Platform. Your responsibilities will include conducting hands-on training sessions focused on Apache Spark programming and integration with the broader cloud ecosystem.

By producing creative technical solutions and contributing to blog posts, you will establish yourself as a thought leader within the partner network.
