Wizeline is seeking a Marketing Operations Specialist to design and deploy complex marketing journeys and automated workflows. You'll work primarily with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and utilize skills in SQL and coding languages like AMPscript and SSJS. This role requires proficiency in automation and data manipulation.

Job Description

Who you are

You have a strong background in marketing operations, with experience in designing and deploying complex, multi-step marketing journeys and automated workflows. Your expertise lies primarily within Salesforce Marketing Cloud, particularly using SFMC Journey Builder, and you are adept at developing and debugging advanced personalization and conditional content logic using proprietary coding languages such as AMPscript and SSJS. You are skilled in SQL, capable of designing and maintaining complex queries within data warehouses to ensure accurate segmentation and robust data extensions for personalized campaigns. As a problem solver, you serve as the second escalation point for technical issues related to campaign execution, data synchronization, and automation failures, demonstrating your ability to implement and enforce technical build standards for email templates and automation logic.

You are committed to continuous improvement and efficiency, working closely with your team to identify manual, recurring tasks and developing permanent automation solutions to enhance workflows. Your proficiency in SSJS and knowledge of Python for advanced data manipulation further solidify your technical capabilities, making you a valuable asset in any marketing operations team. You hold a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer Certification, showcasing your dedication to professional development and expertise in the field.

Desirable

While not required, familiarity with additional automation platforms and marketing technologies can enhance your candidacy. Experience in a collaborative, high-impact environment is a plus, as is a passion for leveraging data and AI to drive business transformation.

In this role, you will design, code, and deploy intricate marketing journeys that engage customers and drive conversions. You will utilize Salesforce Marketing Cloud to create automated workflows that nurture leads and manage customer lifecycles effectively.
