Zuora is seeking a Manager for Customer Solution Engineering to lead a team focused on sales strategy and technical leadership. You'll partner with sales and product teams to drive customer engagement and retention. This role requires strong leadership and strategic thinking skills.

You have a proven track record in customer solution engineering or a related field, with experience in managing teams and driving customer success initiatives. You understand the nuances of subscription-based business models and are adept at building trust-based relationships with clients. Your technical acumen allows you to effectively communicate complex solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You thrive in collaborative environments and are comfortable working closely with sales and product teams to achieve common goals. You are passionate about helping organizations grow through innovative solutions and are committed to fostering a culture of inclusion and diversity within your team.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the Customer Solution Engineering team, guiding them through the execution of sales campaigns for strategic and enterprise-level customers. You will act as the technical counterpart to the Regional Sales Lead, ensuring that your team articulates the business and technical value of Zuora's offerings. You will develop and implement innovative value-selling approaches tailored to the needs of Zuora's growing customer base. Your responsibilities will include building strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique challenges, and providing tailored solutions that drive customer satisfaction and retention. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on go-to-market strategies and product development initiatives, ensuring that customer feedback is integrated into the product roadmap.
