Restaurant365 is hiring a Salesforce Administrator to configure and support their Salesforce platform, enhancing user productivity and data quality. This role requires demonstrable skills in Salesforce CPQ support and collaboration with internal stakeholders.
You have experience as a Salesforce Administrator, with a strong understanding of Salesforce platform configuration and user management. You excel in maintaining platform security and ensuring data quality across various departments including Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. Your skills in Salesforce CPQ support are well-developed, allowing you to effectively troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise. You are a collaborative team player, comfortable working closely with internal stakeholders to align your work with team priorities. You are committed to continuous improvement and are eager to elevate your skills in a dynamic environment.
In this role, you will take ownership of the day-to-day administration of Restaurant365’s Salesforce platform. You will manage user accounts, configure security settings, and maintain the overall health of the platform. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with end users to understand their needs and providing support to enhance their productivity. You will troubleshoot issues as they arise, ensuring that the platform operates smoothly and efficiently. Additionally, you will work on improving data quality and implementing best practices for Salesforce usage across the organization. You will also be involved in training users on new features and updates, helping them to maximize the benefits of the Salesforce platform.
