Firsthand is seeking a Director of Channel Operations to build and scale revenue operations across their Channel Publisher and Marketer & Agency sales channels. This role requires strong operational expertise and collaboration with various stakeholders.
You have a proven track record in operations management, ideally with experience in revenue operations or channel operations. Your ability to build and scale operational infrastructures is complemented by your strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
