You will manage projects related to the installation and repair of automated packaging and distribution equipment, coordinating with vendors for planned and emergency repairs. Your responsibilities will also include designing solutions for complex technical challenges, ensuring that all equipment is maintained to the highest standards. You will play a key role in driving continuous improvement initiatives within the Operations Maintenance team, contributing to the overall success of Amazon's logistics operations. You will be expected to document all maintenance activities and ensure compliance with safety regulations, creating a safe working environment for all employees.
