We’re looking for a Founder/CEO to build a real-time network inventory intelligence platform for telecom operators.

What are we exploring?

Telecom operators are rapidly expanding fiber networks and 5G infrastructure, but their internal network records no longer reflect reality. Most still rely on static GIS maps and legacy databases that can’t capture continuous field changes or model how assets interconnect across technologies like GPON, WDM, and IP/MPLS.

This inventory drift causes failed connections, slow outage diagnosis, excessive truck rolls, and millions in wasted OPEX. Automation tools built on inaccurate data only amplify the problem: garbage in, chaos out.

We believe there’s an opportunity to build a cloud-based “truth layer” that continuously reconciles what’s recorded in OSS/BSS and GIS systems with what actually exists in the field—creating the live, trusted network dataset the industry desperately needs.

About you:

• Domain expertise in telecom infrastructure, OSS/BSS, or network architecture

• Experience building enterprise or data-intensive software products

• Strong understanding of field operations and the gap between recorded vs real-world assets

• Ability to navigate complex technical workflows and partner with both engineers and operators

• Proven problem-solver with a bias toward building scalable platforms

• A demonstrated passion for technology’s ability to transform legacy infrastructure

• A desire to be a venture-backed founder

• Ability to collaborate in North American time zones
