You have a strong background in solutions architecture with at least 5 years of experience in a customer-facing role — you've successfully guided clients through complex technical challenges and have a knack for translating technical concepts into business value. Your expertise in observability tools, particularly Grafana, allows you to provide insightful solutions that enhance customer satisfaction and drive adoption.
