What you'll do

In this role, you will prepare, review, and send accurate invoices to clients for your account portfolio, which typically includes over 200 monthly invoices. You will ensure that all invoices are compliant with company procedures and client contracts, delivering them via email and maintaining clear communication with clients regarding their billing inquiries. You will collaborate closely with the Billing Team Manager and other members of the Finance Operations team to streamline processes and improve efficiency. Your attention to detail will be essential in identifying discrepancies and resolving any issues that may arise during the billing cycle. You will also participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for enhancing the billing process, ensuring that Axiom continues to meet the high standards expected by its clients.
