Who you are

You have a strong background in marketing operations with at least 5 years of experience in a leadership role, where you've successfully managed marketing technology and data analytics. Your strategic mindset allows you to develop and implement processes that enhance marketing efficiency and effectiveness. You are adept at using data-driven insights to inform decision-making and optimize marketing performance. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals. Your experience with AI and automation tools is a significant asset, as you understand how to leverage technology to improve marketing outcomes. You are results-driven and have a proven track record of meeting growth objectives through innovative marketing strategies.

Desirable

Experience with event analytics platforms like Mixpanel is a plus, as is familiarity with campaign management tools and reporting systems. A background in data analysis and project management will help you excel in this role, as will your ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

What you'll do

In this role, you will oversee the entire lifecycle of marketing initiatives, ensuring seamless execution from planning to reporting.
