MongoDB is seeking an Associate Videographer to create educational and marketing video content. You'll manage video projects from concept to delivery, utilizing skills in Adobe Premiere and After Effects. This role requires strong production experience and creative judgment.
You have a strong background in video production, with experience managing projects from concept through delivery. You possess sound creative judgment and can balance multiple projects in a fast-moving environment. Your technical skills include proficiency in Adobe Premiere and After Effects, which you use to edit and enhance video content. You are comfortable leading on-set production, including lighting, audio recording, and camera operation, ensuring high-quality output that aligns with brand messaging.
You thrive in collaborative settings, partnering with cross-functional teams to create educational, marketing, and internal video content. Your ability to set up and maintain production studios, lighting, and equipment is complemented by your experience capturing video and photography at various events and activities. You are detail-oriented and committed to producing content that resonates with audiences and supports the company's goals.
Experience with motion graphics and b-roll creation is a plus, as is familiarity with video production for educational content. You are eager to learn and grow in your role, adapting to new challenges and technologies as they arise.
In this role, you will own the end-to-end production of video content, from planning and filming through editing and delivery. You will create a variety of video content that aligns with MongoDB’s brand and messaging, ensuring that each piece is engaging and informative. Your responsibilities will include leading on-set production, managing lighting and audio, and directing subjects when appropriate. You will also set up and maintain production studios and equipment, ensuring everything is ready for shoots.
You will collaborate closely with teams across the organization, including Curriculum Engineering, Field Marketing, Sales, and Employer Brand, to produce content that meets their needs. Your role will involve capturing video and photography at events, offices, customer sites, and employee activities, showcasing the vibrant culture and innovative work at MongoDB. You will manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
MongoDB offers a competitive salary range for this role, with a base salary between $53,000 and $105,000 USD.
