Teya is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive customer identification and relationship building in the York & Humber region. This role focuses on engaging with local businesses to enhance their payment solutions and overall business performance.
You have a strong background in business development, ideally with experience in the payments or software service industry. You excel at identifying potential customers through various outreach methods, including cold calling and networking. Your ability to build rapport and trust with clients is exceptional, allowing you to understand their challenges and offer tailored solutions. You are passionate about supporting small, local businesses and believe in creating a level playing field for them against larger competitors.
