Job Description

The Program Manager, Demo & Sampling role supports the Whole Foods Market (WFM) Demo & Sampling program within Worldwide Grocery Organization. This position sits on the Supplier Marketing & Advertising team, working directly with WFM physical stores. The Program Manager will collaborate with category merchants, third-party partners, and internal marketing and technical teams to execute and facilitate planning and operational processes for in-store demonstrations. This team member must demonstrate strong project management skills, including roadmap development, stakeholder management, and metrics tracking, while managing multiple workstreams and deliverables within a fast-paced retail environment.

Additional Information:
This role will be in office 5 days a week based in Austin, TX.


Key job responsibilities
* Lead execution of processes to support ongoing tasks for Demo & Sampling Programs, including management of demo approval processes.
* Manage the Demo & Sampling team inbox, providing information and answering questions from suppliers and internal/external stakeholders. Assists with troubleshooting issues as needed.
* Coordinate across stakeholders to ensure alignment, completion, and accuracy for WFM Marketing demos.
* Develop strong and collaborative working relationships with internal and 3P stakeholders.
* Ensure timely completion and accuracy across all deliverables.
* Support process development and optimization for Demo & Sampling.
* Support team and project activity as assigned.


Skills:

* 1-2 years of relevant project management/execution experience.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in daily tasks.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Understands necessity of tailoring communication to meet the needs of diverse audiences.
* Responds promptly and accurately to internal stakeholders and third-party vendors.
* Comfortable using internal analytical tools to facilitate reporting processes.
* Strong proficiency using Microsoft tools, including Excel.
* Earns trust with internal and external stakeholders.
* Pursues operational excellence across Demo & Sampling programs and impacts the quality and timeliness of own work.
* Proactively learns team roles and priorities.- 2+ years of relevant work experience- Experience in the retail sector
- Bachelor's degree, or Bachelor of Arts degree

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $31,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $66,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
