Hub Delivery is part of the Amazon Delivery organization, working with small businesses across Japan to extend Amazon Delivery services to all customers.
We are seeking a strong leader to act as Head of Hub Delivery Japan. This individual will drive network growth and performance, vital to the program’s long run viability and success. Hub Delivery is already operational in 8 countries, and will continue to grow in the coming years.
A successful candidate will be an effective general business manager, excel in written and verbal communication with senior executives, have a passion for people management, and be fluent in dealing with and articulating trends and analysis of quantitative and qualitative methods. They will be comfortable with ambiguity in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment, will be drawn to thinking big and the prospect of evolving the program into new use cases, and will be able to roll-up their sleeves to dive deep into the data as well as to effectively partner with internal and external teams.

Tokyo Office- 7+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements experience
- 7+ years of business development, partnership management, or sourcing new business experience
- 7+ years of professional or military experience
- 10+ years of IT sales experience
- Experience managing P&L- Experience engaging and presenting to senior executives (CXO level).
- Experience working with emerging technologies
