Who you are

You have a strong background in customer lifecycle marketing, with a focus on crafting meaningful customer journeys that drive adoption, engagement, and retention. Your strategic thinking and data-driven approach enable you to experiment effectively and solve problems creatively. You understand the importance of engaging customers at every stage of their journey, ensuring they derive maximum value from their interactions with the company. You are passionate about using insights to shape marketing strategies that resonate with customers and enhance their experience.

Desirable

Experience in industries related to physical operations or IoT would be a plus, as it allows you to better understand the unique challenges and opportunities in this space. Familiarity with marketing automation tools and customer relationship management systems will help you excel in this role.

What you'll do
