Nebius AI is hiring an HR Ops Associate to support the day-to-day operations of their Human Resources department. You'll be responsible for maintaining employee data integrity and supporting the full employee lifecycle. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to handle confidential information.
You are an organized and responsive individual who is comfortable handling confidential information. You understand the importance of maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records and are eager to support the full employee lifecycle—from onboarding through offboarding. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are keen on process improvements and data clean-up activities. You may have some experience in HR operations or a related field, but you are ready to learn and grow in this role. In your role as an HR Ops Associate, you will play a critical part in ensuring the smooth execution of HR processes. You will maintain employee data integrity and assist in various HR operations, ensuring compliance and efficiency in all activities. You will support the onboarding process for new employees, helping them integrate into the company culture and ensuring they have the resources they need to succeed. Additionally, you will assist with offboarding processes, ensuring that all necessary steps are taken to conclude employment respectfully and efficiently. You will also be involved in process improvements, identifying areas where HR operations can be streamlined or enhanced. Your role will require you to collaborate closely with HR teams and other departments to ensure that all operational activities align with company policies and goals.
