You have a strong background in technical support, ideally with 5+ years of experience in a similar role. Your expertise lies in helping developers troubleshoot issues and providing guidance on best practices for using developer platforms. You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to convey complex technical information clearly and effectively to customers. You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy working with cross-functional teams to enhance the customer experience. Your problem-solving skills are top-notch, enabling you to tackle challenges efficiently and effectively.

Desirable

Experience with Cloudflare's products such as Workers, KV, R2, D1, and Durable Objects is a plus. Familiarity with web technologies and a passion for the Internet will help you excel in this role. You are adaptable and open to feedback, continuously seeking ways to improve your skills and the support you provide.

What you'll do

As a Senior Technical Support Engineer for the Developer Platform, you will be on the front line supporting developers building on Cloudflare’s developer products. You will help troubleshoot issues, guide customers in best practices, and ensure they have a seamless experience using our platform. Your role will involve collaborating with engineering teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.

You will be responsible for creating and maintaining documentation that helps customers understand how to use our products effectively. You will also participate in training sessions and workshops to educate customers about new features and best practices. Your insights will contribute to product improvements and enhancements based on customer feedback.

In this role, you will engage with customers through various channels, including email, chat, and forums, providing timely and effective support. You will track and manage customer inquiries, ensuring that all issues are resolved to their satisfaction. Your ability to empathize with customers and understand their needs will be crucial in building strong relationships.
