Overview

OKX is seeking a Senior Customer Support Agent who speaks Russian to assist global customers with their inquiries. You'll handle communications through various channels and collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer experience. This role is remote based in Ukraine.

Who you are

You have experience in customer service, particularly in a fast-paced environment where you have interacted with diverse customers. Your strong communication skills enable you to address inquiries and resolve issues effectively, ensuring a positive experience for users. You are fluent in Russian and possess a good understanding of the crypto industry, which helps you relate to customers' needs and concerns. You are adaptable and can handle multiple communication channels, including live chat, email, and voice calls, with professionalism and courtesy.

Experience in the crypto or financial services sector is a plus, as it allows you to better understand the products and services offered by OKX. Familiarity with customer support tools and platforms will enhance your ability to manage inquiries efficiently. What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for interacting with customers to address their inquiries and problems in real-time. You will provide quick responses through live chat and maintain a professional demeanor while assisting customers.
