You are a bold, results-driven leader with a deep understanding of sales processes and a passion for coaching your team. You have experience managing Account Executives and are skilled in building and developing high-performing sales teams. You understand the importance of establishing quotas and monitoring progress to achieve revenue and profitability goals. You are adept at leveraging sales methodologies and negotiating contracts to close new deals. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with Customer Success leadership to align new business strategies with customer needs. In this role, you will lead and coach your Account Executive team in building account books and driving new business opportunities. You will establish quotas and forecast pipeline and revenue, ensuring that your team meets its goals. You will be responsible for hiring and developing Account Executives across all business segments, focusing on those with experience in opening new accounts. You will collaborate heavily with internal partners, including field engineers and customer success teams, to ensure that your sales strategies are customer-aligned. You will mentor your team, helping them to use data and insights to overcome objections and craft compelling value-based solutions. You will continuously improve sales strategies in your market, maximizing your team's efforts to prospect and close new opportunities.
