Twilio is seeking a Sales Solutions Engineer (French Speaker) to deliver technical wins and product fit for customers across the EMEA region. This role requires strong technical skills and the ability to build executive relationships.

Who you are

You are an experienced Solutions Engineer with a strong technical background and excellent communication skills. You have a knack for building relationships with executives and technical decision-makers, ensuring that customers trust Twilio's Customer Engagement Platform. Your fluency in French allows you to engage effectively with a diverse clientele across the EMEA region. You thrive in a remote-first environment and are passionate about delivering innovative solutions that empower businesses.

Desirable

Experience in pre-sales engineering or a similar role is a plus, as is familiarity with AI technologies and customer engagement platforms. You are comfortable presenting technical concepts to non-technical audiences and can adapt your communication style to suit different stakeholders.

What you'll do

In this role, you will work closely with the Twilio New Business Account team to understand customer needs and deliver tailored solutions.
