You are an experienced Solutions Engineer with a strong technical background and excellent communication skills. You have a knack for building relationships with executives and technical decision-makers, ensuring that customers trust Twilio's Customer Engagement Platform. Your fluency in French allows you to engage effectively with a diverse clientele across the EMEA region. You thrive in a remote-first environment and are passionate about delivering innovative solutions that empower businesses.
Experience in pre-sales engineering or a similar role is a plus, as is familiarity with AI technologies and customer engagement platforms. You are comfortable presenting technical concepts to non-technical audiences and can adapt your communication style to suit different stakeholders.
