VTEX is seeking a CRM Specialist to own CRM strategy and execution, focusing on lifecycle marketing and automation. You'll leverage HubSpot and AI to build personalized customer journeys. This role requires experience in CRM and marketing automation.
You have a strong background in CRM and lifecycle marketing, with experience in building segmented and personalized customer journeys. Your proficiency in HubSpot allows you to design and manage workflows that enhance customer engagement and drive conversions. You are data-driven, focusing on metrics that impact the pipeline and conversion rates, and you have a keen eye for detail, ensuring that every aspect of the CRM strategy is optimized for performance. Your curiosity about AI and automation tools positions you to leverage these technologies effectively in your marketing efforts. In this role, you will own the CRM strategy and execution across the entire lead and customer lifecycle. You will design and manage segmented and hyper-personalized CRM journeys that enhance customer engagement and retention. Your responsibilities will include building, maintaining, and optimizing HubSpot workflows and automations to support pipeline acceleration, renewals, and upsell strategies. You will monitor performance metrics, analyze results, and continuously optimize CRM initiatives to ensure they meet business objectives. You will apply AI to improve segmentation and personalization, enhancing the overall customer experience. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be essential as you work to align CRM strategies with broader marketing goals.
