You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with Product, Design, and Engineering teams throughout the entire product lifecycle.

Desirable

Experience in financial services or a related field is a plus, as is familiarity with mobile-first technology. You should be comfortable with the latest AI frameworks and tools, and have a track record of successfully deploying AI solutions in production environments.

What you'll do

As a Staff Software Engineer on the AI team, you will drive technical initiatives that bring the value of AI to SoFi members. You will be involved in the ideation, building, deploying, and continual improvement of AI-driven solutions that embed personalized financial insights into our products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that the AI solutions you develop align with user needs and business goals. Your role will also involve mentoring junior engineers and contributing to a culture of innovation and excellence within the team.
