You are a seasoned human resources professional with a strong background in talent management and organizational design. You understand the intricate dynamics of the teams you support and are a creative problem solver who builds relationships effectively. With a focus on driving results, you are committed to designing equitable and inclusive practices that enhance workforce planning and retention. You have experience in managing employee relations and mitigating legal risks, ensuring a positive employee experience.

You stay connected to the competitive landscape, including trends in compensation and employment branding, and you are proactive in recommending strategic changes within the division. Your consultative approach allows you to align business needs with talent management objectives, making you a valuable partner to leadership. What you'll do

In this role, you will partner with business leadership to implement change initiatives that enhance division performance. You will design and lead talent management practices that are equitable and inclusive, ensuring that workforce planning goals are met. Your responsibilities will include supporting full-cycle recruitment, particularly for high-priority positions, and collaborating with talent acquisition to build diverse teams.
