What you'll do

As the Team Leader for HR Data Management at HelloFresh, you will be responsible for leading the daily operational execution of the human resources shared function. This includes overseeing the talent onboarding process, managing employee lifecycle data, and ensuring the quality and efficiency of deliverables. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to enhance the employee experience and contribute to overall team goals.

Your role will involve case management and the distribution and assessment of HR-related processes and requests.
