We’re looking for a growth-minded SEO Manager to help us expand our reach and impact. In this role, you’ll turn search data and audience insights into strategies that grow awareness, engagement, and trust in our brand.
As our SEO Manager, you’ll own the organic growth engine that helps men discover accessible, stigma-free care for conditions like erectile dysfunction, hair loss, weight management, and testosterone optimization. You’ll collaborate closely with marketing, product, and content teams to improve visibility, authority, and performance across all search channels.
Your ability to blend strategic thinking with hands-on execution will directly shape how we attract, educate, and retain our customers.
What You’ll Do
Develop and execute an SEO strategy that drives qualified organic traffic and conversions across all key men’s health categories.
Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to uncover opportunities, inform content, and guide long-term growth.
Optimize website structure, metadata, and content for both users and search engines.
Partner with content creators to ensure every article, landing page, and campaign is built on strong SEO fundamentals.
Collaborate with developers to maintain a technically sound site — managing crawlability, speed, Core Web Vitals, and structured data.
Monitor performance and report on KPIs such as rankings, organic traffic, and conversion rates.
Stay ahead of algorithm updates and industry trends to keep our SEO strategy sharp and adaptive.
Experiment with new tools, AI integrations, and automation to improve efficiency and scalability.
Work closely with in-person teams to test ideas quickly, share feedback openly, and build strategies that move fast and learn faster.
What We’re Looking For
3–5+ years of SEO experience, ideally within a DTC, tech, or healthcare company.
Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO best practices.
Hands-on experience with tools like Google Analytics (GA4), Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog.
Proven ability to analyze data, translate insights into strategies, and clearly communicate results.
Comfortable working cross-functionally with content, marketing, and product teams.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver on tight timelines.
Curious, proactive, and collaborative — thrives in a fast-paced, in-person environment that values feedback and iteration.
Passion for digital health, men’s wellness, and making care more accessible.
A Rewarding Mission: Through our asynchronous care model, Phoenix is reimagining patient-centric care for Canadians across the country by making diagnoses and treatment delivery faster, more accessible, and completely discreet.
Impact & Autonomy: You’ll work directly with passionate, experienced leaders who’ve seen the ups and downs of building a business and genuinely care about your growth. You won’t just execute — you’ll help shape the future of Phoenix and Raven.
Collaborative In-Office Culture: Based in the heart of downtown Toronto, our HQ team comes together on-site five days a week to build fast and push what’s possible. We love the fast feedback loops, spontaneous brainstorms, and actually knowing the people we work with. Bonus points if you’re into the occasional foosball tournament or have strong opinions about the best lunch spot in the neighbourhood.
Competitive Pay, Real Benefits: Our compensation bands are backed by real market data, so offers are competitive and fair. Our benefits package includes standard healthcare coverage, a remote-first holiday season, and holistic wellbeing support — such as a wellbeing allowance and flexible additional time off to care for loved ones, support mental health, observe meaningful religious and cultural holidays, or when life just happens.
