You are a strategic finance leader with extensive experience in financial planning and analysis. Your strong quantitative and financial skills enable you to shape the FP&A infrastructure and strategy effectively. You are comfortable challenging conventional wisdom and have a deep understanding of the metrics that drive financial models.

You have experience leading teams of finance professionals, ensuring best-in-class financial planning, forecasting, and performance management. You are adept at creating cohesive financial narratives that connect strategy, execution, and outcomes. You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to convey complex financial concepts to stakeholders at all levels. You are passionate about leveraging data to drive insights and support decision-making within the organization.

Desirable

Experience in the food or e-commerce industry is a plus, as is familiarity with the Benelux and Nordics markets. You may have a background in consulting or investment banking, providing you with a strong foundation in financial analysis and strategic thinking. A relevant degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is preferred, along with professional certifications such as CFA or CPA.

What you'll do

As the Associate Director FP&A, you will lead a high-performing team of 5 FP&A professionals, guiding them in developing the company's budget and multi-year business plans. You will own the end-to-end budget output and the underlying models and processes, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business objectives. You will audit and stress test data inputs to the models, providing insights that drive strategic decisions.

You will collaborate closely with senior leadership to set the vision for the FP&A function, building scalable processes that support the company's growth. Your role will involve developing frameworks that enable data-driven decision-making across the organization. You will be responsible for performance management, ensuring that financial targets are met and that the business remains on track to achieve its strategic goals.

You will also play a key role in shaping the financial narrative of HelloFresh, connecting strategy with execution and outcomes. Your insights will help the business navigate challenges and seize opportunities in the market. You will foster a culture of curiosity and continuous improvement within your team, encouraging innovative thinking and collaboration.
