You are an Engineering Technician with a strong foundation in electrical and mechanical systems — you thrive in hands-on environments and have experience troubleshooting complex equipment. Your expertise ensures that mission-critical technology infrastructure operates seamlessly, contributing to an extraordinary 99.999% uptime. You understand the importance of maintaining operational efficiency in data centers and are eager to support the backbone of global digital experiences.
You have a background in maintaining and operating electrical systems, including three-phase electrical systems, switch gear, UPSs, and PDUs — your knowledge extends to stand-by diesel generators and related fuel systems. You are comfortable working with various mechanical systems such as centrifugal chillers, cooling towers, and air handlers. Your technical skills enable you to diagnose issues quickly and implement effective solutions.
You are a proactive problem solver who enjoys collaborating with a diverse team of engineers — you understand that teamwork is essential in addressing the challenges of data center operations. You are committed to continuous learning and improvement, always seeking to enhance your skills and knowledge in the field.
Experience with AWS infrastructure services is a plus — familiarity with cloud computing concepts will help you understand the broader context of your work.
