募集概要
UiPathでは、シニアビジネスデベロップメント担当者として、パイプラインの成長とビジネスチャンスの発掘を担う重要な役割を果たしていただきます。本ポジションでは、潜在的な顧客との最初の接点をつくり、UiPathが業界でリーダーシップを発揮するための土台を築いていただきます。

主な業務内容

• 新規顧客の発掘：電話、メール、SNSなどを活用してアプローチ

• インバウンドおよびアウトバウンドリードの精査と、営業チームへの引き渡し

• 顧客とのヒアリングを通じたニーズの把握

• 営業リーダーと連携し、戦略的なアカウントターゲットの策定

• CRMシステムへの活動記録とデータ管理

• マーケティングチームとの連携によるアウトリーチキャンペーンの実施

• UiPathのソリューションや競争優位性を学び、顧客へ価値を効果的に伝達

• KPIの達成（例：アプローチ件数、ミーティング設定数、商談創出数）

• トレーニングやフィードバックを通じたスキル向上

求める人物像・スキル

• 営業やビジネスデベロップメント、または顧客対応業務の経験（1～3年）

• SaaSやテクノロジー分野での経験があれば尚良し

• 優れたコミュニケーション能力（口頭および文章）

• 新しいツールや技術を迅速に学ぶ意欲

• 主体性、粘り強さ、責任感を持った方

• CRMツール（例：Salesforce）の使用経験があれば尚良し

• 優れたタイムマネジメント能力

• フィードバックを受け入れ、成長を目指すマインドセット
