You possess a Master's degree or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field, which enhances your ability to contribute to high-level discussions and decisions. Your background includes working in a complex, matrixed organization, equipping you with the skills to manage cross-functional teams and projects efficiently. As a Software Engineering Manager II at Google, you will lead a team of engineers focused on Embedded Systems and Firmware.
