Your responsibilities will include identifying potential manufacturing challenges and addressing them proactively, ensuring that customer expectations are met or exceeded.
You will join Account Executives on onsite visits to customers when appropriate, providing technical insights and support during these engagements. Your role will involve staying informed about upcoming customer projects and initiatives, allowing you to align your efforts with their goals. You will also contribute to the development of sales strategies by sharing knowledge and feedback from your interactions with customers in the aerospace and defense sectors.
