Carvana is seeking a Team Lead - Automotive Technician to manage and develop a team in their Inspection Center. You'll oversee production targets and ensure quality standards are met. This role requires strong leadership skills and experience in automotive services.

Desirable

You will oversee the day-to-day activities of your assigned team, engaging with them to identify strengths and areas for improvement.
