You have a strong background in sales enablement, with a focus on developing and delivering training programs that enhance the productivity of sales teams. Your experience includes designing learning experiences that foster continuous improvement and drive efficiency. You understand the importance of aligning enablement strategies with business objectives and have a proven track record of empowering sales representatives to achieve their goals.
You are skilled in creating onboarding programs that equip sales teams with the necessary tools, knowledge, and skills to succeed from day one. Your ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product, Marketing, and Operations, allows you to design effective enablement programs that contribute to overall business success. You are passionate about continuous learning and have a knack for improving seller workflows to maximize performance.
Experience in the SMB sector is a plus, as is familiarity with sales processes and tools that enhance sales effectiveness. You are comfortable leveraging data to inform training strategies and measure the impact of enablement initiatives. A background in sales strategy and operations will further enhance your ability to contribute to the team's success.
As a Senior Sales Enablement Specialist at DoorDash, you will own and execute training and field-readiness programs that elevate the performance of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) and Account Executives (AEs). You will design and implement onboarding programs that ensure new hires are equipped with the right knowledge and skills to drive sales success. Your role will involve refining existing training materials and creating new content that aligns with the evolving needs of the sales organization.
You will work closely with sales leaders to identify training needs and develop targeted programs that address skill gaps. Your responsibilities will include conducting training sessions, workshops, and ongoing coaching to support the continuous development of sales teams. You will also gather feedback from participants to continuously improve training effectiveness and ensure that enablement initiatives are meeting their objectives.
