LaunchDarkly is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to serve as a trusted technical advisor for Enterprise prospects and customers. You'll drive technical discovery and deliver high-impact demonstrations while collaborating with sales and customer success teams. This role requires deep technical expertise and excellent communication skills.
You have a strong background in technical sales and solutions engineering, with a proven track record of serving as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients. Your ability to listen actively and understand customer needs allows you to craft tailored solutions that resonate with stakeholders. You excel in building custom demos and presentations that effectively showcase the value of technical offerings. Your curiosity drives you to stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies, ensuring you can provide informed guidance to clients. You are adept at collaborating with cross-functional teams, including sales and product development, to align technical solutions with business objectives. Mentoring junior team members is something you value, as you believe in fostering a culture of technical excellence and knowledge sharing.
In this role, you will lead technical discovery sessions with potential clients, understanding their unique challenges and requirements. You will design architecture solutions and implement proof of concepts that demonstrate the capabilities of LaunchDarkly's platform. Partnering closely with Account Executives and Customer Success Managers, you will craft compelling technical value propositions that resonate with C-level and technical stakeholders. Your role will involve delivering high-impact demonstrations and workshops that effectively communicate the benefits of our solutions. You will cultivate trust and credibility with customers, identifying technical champions and positioning yourself as a strategic advisor. Additionally, you will liaise between customers and internal Product and Engineering teams, relaying feedback to influence the product roadmap. Leading cross-regional technical initiatives will be part of your responsibilities, as will enhancing SE tools and processes for global scalability. You will also mentor junior team members, sharing best practices and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
