You have extensive experience in talent acquisition, particularly in the tech and product domains, and you understand the nuances of hiring for mid to senior-level positions. Your ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders is key to your success, as you will serve as a trusted strategic partner in the recruitment process. You are data-driven and innovative, always looking for ways to improve the hiring experience and ensure assessment quality. Mentoring and developing other Talent Acquisition Partners is something you are passionate about, as you believe in fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
