Overview

Twilio is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to provide exceptional billing support to customers. This role requires strong customer service skills and the ability to work in a 24/7 support model.

Who you are

You have experience in technical support and a strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service. You understand the importance of being the voice of the customer and can empathize with their needs. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to changing priorities. You possess strong communication skills in both English and Italian, allowing you to assist a diverse customer base effectively. You are a team player who enjoys collaborating with others to solve problems and improve processes. You are willing to work weekends and holidays as needed to ensure customer satisfaction.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for providing product support for a wide range of customer inquiries received via telephone, email, and social media. You will troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to Twilio's billing processes, ensuring that customers receive timely and accurate information. You will collaborate with other teams within Twilio to escalate and resolve complex issues, ensuring that customers have a seamless experience. You will document customer interactions and solutions in the support system, contributing to the knowledge base for future reference.
