Together AI is seeking a Staff Corporate Events Manager to lead the strategy and execution of proprietary events. You'll be responsible for shaping experiences that reflect the brand and managing event programs. This role requires strong creative and operational skills.
You have extensive experience in corporate events management, ideally at a strategic level, where you've successfully led large-scale events that engage audiences and amplify brand presence. Your creative vision allows you to conceptualize and design experiences that resonate with attendees, ensuring every detail aligns with the brand's narrative. You possess strong operational skills, enabling you to manage logistics effectively while maintaining a focus on the overall experience. You are a natural leader, capable of guiding teams and collaborating with various stakeholders to bring events to life. Your ability to think strategically about event programming and audience engagement sets you apart in this role. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to changing priorities while maintaining a high standard of quality in your work.
In this role, you will lead the strategy, planning, and execution of all major proprietary events for Together AI, including global user conferences, industry summits, and executive programs. You will architect the full experience from creative concept and design to content, staging, flow, environment, and audience journey, ensuring that every touchpoint reflects and amplifies the brand. You will develop and operationalize a global events playbook that can be scaled across geographies, functions, and program types. Partnering closely with the Demand Generation team, you will promote events effectively to maximize attendance and engagement. You will also manage relationships with agencies and vendors, ensuring that all aspects of event execution are handled with excellence. As a player-coach, you will eventually hire and develop a team to support the growing events program, fostering a culture of creativity and collaboration.
