What you'll do

As a DashMart Team Member, your primary responsibility will be to accurately receive and stock inventory, ensuring that all products are accounted for. You will monitor product quality and freshness, ensuring proper product rotation to minimize spoilage. You will utilize technology similar to smartphone devices to scan packages, pick and stage orders, and conduct handoffs to Dashers. Clear and pleasant communication with customers through the app will be essential, especially when substitution approvals are needed. You will also maintain a safe working environment by performing all duties in compliance with DashMart safety and security standards, completing all cleaning and warehouse organization tasks as assigned by management.
