As an Outside Sales Representative at Hibu, you will engage with potential clients to promote our best-in-class digital marketing offerings. You will be responsible for driving user acquisition and activation through effective sales strategies. You will receive three weeks of classroom training followed by nine weeks of field training while on the job, ensuring you are well-prepared to succeed. You will work in a hybrid sales environment, balancing home office work with in-field activities. Your role will involve building relationships with clients and understanding their needs to provide tailored solutions.
Hibu offers a competitive base salary along with an expense allowance and mileage reimbursement. You will have the opportunity to earn uncapped commissions and bonuses, with on-target earnings in your first year between $80,000 and $110,000, and the potential for growth in subsequent years.
